SCOUTING LOCATIONS - LOCK & DAM

Last year the Executive Producers and writers of "Jeremy", Jonathan Durrah and Paquita Hughes, and their team, began scouting locations in Columbus, MS for filming. To give you an idea of the setting of our film, take a gander at what could be the backdrop of this gritty tale.

The John C. Stennis Lock and Dam, formerly named Columbus Lock and Dam, is one of four lock and dam structures on the Tennessee-Tombigbee Waterway that generally lie along the original course of the Tombigbee River. It is located near Columbus, Mississippi, and impounds Columbus Lake. It is named for longtime U.S. Senator from MississippiJohn C. Stennis.
